I stayed at this hotel for multiple nights on two different occasions during a business trip to Sao Paulo. The rooms are small and don't include a bath, and the shower temperature keeps changing while you shower in the morning. Despite this, the service is wonderful, friendly, and extremely helpful. The location is safe and close to Eldorado Shopping Mall with many shops and restaurants, but it can be deserted on weekends. The dining experience is just okay, with coffee not being hot. The facilities are not ideal for the price.
